Dan was very prompt to respond to my and my wife’s requests and questions. No matter the time of day he was available and if we wanted to see a place he made sure it happened. His expertise was great and his understanding of house structure was a plus. His eye for issues was helpful in our final decision and offering processes.

I loved working with Dan so much! He always stayed in touch and was able to get me in to see houses very quickly around my hectic schedule! He also worked really well with selling agents to get me all the information I needed to move things along as fast as possible and get competitive offers in!
