As out of state home buyers, we were terrified of making the wrong decision and regretting it. Joe went above and beyond his duties, no matter how annoying and picky we were. During our final walkthrough, we noticed a broken window and were pretty saddened by it and without hesitation, Joe offered to have a professional fix it as a housewarming gift to us!
