A native of Honeoye, NY where he was born and raised, Tyler Pettinger is one of CRG’s Finger Lakes Experts.
“Honeoye is my home, but I have spent my entire life in and around Rochester and its surrounding communities,” Tyler explains. “I love this area and the people in it. So when I get the chance to provide a real estate experience built on blue collar work ethic, integrity and honesty, nothing makes me happier.”
Tyler chose to work with Cassara Realty Group because of their focus on always doing the right thing. “Every client deserves personal, individualized attention and guidance. And that’s what I always aim to do,” he said.
Tyler is also extremely knowledgeable about homes thanks to all that he has learned from his father who is a general contractor. In his spare time, Tyler works as a “Vintage Flipster” who loves to find antique and vintage items like advertising signs, petroliana, single stitch clothing, farming implements, and all things old and rare.
Tyler and his fiancée Alli (who is the Environmental Conservation Outreach Coordinator at FLCC’s Muller Field Station) currently reside in Honeoye with their dog, Shango, who is the “best little Staffordshire Terrier ever!”
