“I’ve always found myself drawn to real estate. As a kid, I loved being shown around a new friend’s home and would always look forward to Rochester’s Homearama with my mom. As I grew up, saving, financial goals, and even tax strategies peaked my interest. Once I found real estate and finance could be a team, I haven’t looked back.”
Michelle Schrader joins Cassara Realty Group with a passion for real estate and finance, and a ton of personal experience under her belt. With four long-term and seven vacation rentals, she has jumped into the real estate market head first, putting her career as a pharmacist on pause to pursue her passion and help others as well.
Now focused on successfully managing her properties and making it to every soccer game for her three boys, Michelle is able to do what she loves while reaping the benefits of a flexible career and lifestyle.
“I just now decided to get my real estate license to not only enhance my knowledge but to help others see the power of real estate. I’ve coached a handful of friends through the process and am willing to do the same for other investors. Whether it’s financial freedom, a super sweet vacation spot, or providing safe, clean homes for those that rent…I’d love to help you learn!”
Michelle grew up in Honeoye Falls and currently lives in Webster with her husband, Jeremy, their three boys, Landon, Caleb and Declan, two Mini American Shepherds and 1 cat.
